Monthly SEO Services

Live SEO Dashboard and Reporting

Every client on a monthly engagement gets a live Data Studio dashboard tracking their rankings, traffic, technical health, and Core Web Vitals in real time. No waiting for monthly PDFs, no black box. You see exactly what we see, when we see it.

Why a Live Dashboard Matters

SEO without transparent reporting is a trust problem. When clients cannot see what is happening to their rankings and traffic between monthly calls, they are left guessing whether the work is producing results. A live, always-accessible dashboard eliminates that uncertainty. You can check your rankings on a Monday morning, see how a new page is performing after publish, or verify that a technical fix improved your Core Web Vitals score, all without waiting for a report to be emailed.

Our dashboards are built in Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio, now back to Data Studio) and connect directly to your Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and ranking data. They are refreshed automatically and are accessible via any browser at any time. See the full overview of our Data Studio dashboard service for a closer look at what we build.

What Your Dashboard Tracks

📈

Keyword Rankings

Position tracking for your priority keywords updated regularly, showing movement over time. You can see which pages are climbing, which are holding, and which need attention, broken down by keyword and URL.

👥

Organic Traffic

Sessions, users, and engagement metrics from Google Analytics 4 filtered to organic traffic only. We segment by landing page so you can see exactly which pages are driving visitors and how behavior differs across your content.

🔍

Search Console Performance

Impressions, clicks, average position, and click-through rate pulled directly from Google Search Console. Filtered by query, page, device, and date range so you can analyze performance any way you need.

Core Web Vitals

Field data from the Chrome User Experience Report showing your LCP, CLS, and INP scores by page and device. You can see in real time whether performance improvements we implement are moving the needle on Google's user experience signals.

🔗

Index Coverage

A summary of indexed versus excluded pages from Search Console, updated regularly to surface new indexation issues before they become ranking problems. New crawl errors appear in your dashboard before they appear in your rankings.

📋

Monthly Trend Comparison

Period-over-period comparisons showing traffic, rankings, and engagement changes month over month and year over year. Every metric is contextualized against the prior period so you can see direction, not just absolute numbers.

How We Set Up Your Dashboard

  1. 01
    Data Source Connection

We connect your Google Analytics 4 property, Search Console account, and ranking data to Looker Studio. This requires read-only access to your existing accounts and takes less than 15 minutes on your end.

  2. 02
    Dashboard Configuration

We build out your dashboard with the specific pages, keywords, and metrics that matter to your business. A local service business sees different default views than an e-commerce store or a SaaS company. The dashboard is configured for your context from the start.

  3. 03
    Access and Walkthrough

We share the dashboard with your email and record a short Loom walkthrough showing you how to read each section and where to look for the metrics that matter most to your goals. You always know what you are looking at.

  4. 04
    Monthly Updates

As the engagement evolves we update the dashboard to reflect new pages, new keyword targets, and new metrics relevant to our current work. The dashboard grows with your SEO strategy rather than staying static.

Dashboard Questions

  • Google Analytics 4 data in Looker Studio updates with a short delay, typically within a few hours of real-time. Search Console data has a 2 to 3 day lag built in by Google before it appears. Ranking data updates on the schedule of the tracking tool connected, typically daily or every few days depending on the keyword count.

  • No. We share the dashboard at a view link that anyone with the link can access without an account, or we can restrict it to specific Google accounts for privacy. Most clients prefer the open link for easy team sharing. If you want to edit or copy the dashboard yourself, a free Google account is all that is required.

  • Yes. If you have GA4 conversion events or key events set up in your Analytics property, we pull those into the dashboard alongside traffic and ranking data. This allows you to see the relationship between organic traffic and actual business outcomes like form submissions, calls, purchases, or sign-ups. Setting up these events is part of our GTM implementation service if they are not already in place.

  • We start from our standard framework and customize it for your business. The core layout ensures we always cover the essential SEO metrics, while client-specific sections cover your priority keywords, target pages, and any conversion events relevant to your goals. It is not a generic template dropped in without configuration.

  • We work with your existing GA4 property and Search Console account. We do not replace your setup, we connect to it. If your existing Analytics implementation has gaps, such as missing conversion tracking or incorrect filters, we will flag those and can fix them as part of the engagement since clean data is the foundation of useful reporting.
